Non-MSM SMP Install failure

Issue:

I've reloaded and double checked my parms thus far. However the standard install job fails -- IPC4RECD. It should be noted that the user doesn't control the DCB information for SYS3.IPC15.D2018001.TMP.CAVQF10.F2 and CA has instructed SMPE to define these temp datasets as (NEW,DELETE,DELETE). This appears to be a defect in the install process.

Environment:
z/os 2.2 - CA Datacom/DB 15.0 new install (non MSM)
Cause:

Using DATACLAS different than default.

Resolution:

Customer needs to add DATACLAS(DEFAULT) parameters to the space allocation statements to resolve a problem with the ACS system not allowing the additional data set allocations with the record format of U."

Additional Information:

IGW01513T   RECFM INCOMPATIBLE - INPUT RECFM = iii OUTPUT RECFM = ooo

- Explanation

The record format (RECFM) of the output data set is not compatible with th

record format of the input data set. FAMS cannot copy from either a fixed

length record format to a variable length record format or to the opposite

Additionally, undefined record format data sets can only be copied to data

sets with that same record format.
