Issue:

Resolution:

Please follow the steps from the following DOCOPS URL to edit the SDM data source in Jasper:

Specifically, the JDBC driver should be "com.ddtek.jdbc.openaccess.OpenAccessDriver" 

For the URL portion of the SDM_DS JasperSoft datasource, it must be in the format of: 

jdbc:openaccess://<ca_sdm_hostname>:19987;ServerDataSource=Default 

Where <ca_sdm_hostname> is the host name of the server where CA SDM is installed.

Test the data source connection and save the changes.
