"no records found on Availability reports using Jasper drill down reports."

Introduction:
When I try to run the "Availability Details All Devices" report, I am getting the following error: "No Records Found".
Question:
Why do I get an incorrect response from Jasper reports of "no records found" on Availability reports using Jasper drill-down reporting?

 
Answer:
The only way to access Spectrum reports is to click View -> Repository.

(till r10.2.1) In the Folders pane, expand root, Organizations, spectrum, capability, and reports.

(from r10.2.2) In the Folders pane, expand root, Public, ca, Spectrum, and reports.
All Drilldown reports are linked to the main reports from the above paths. 
We can't directly run these drill-down reports, these will be executed from the back end when we run the main report.
We can then expand any of the cell data to view more details on that particular module/device or data.
