No RDP, SSH sessions are launching after upgrade of CA PAM

The services in the Access Page are not opening.

No RDP, SSH sessions are taking place through PAM. Neither the TCP services.

There are no errors in the Java Console. 


- Clear the Java Cache

- Clear the Browser Cache
Internet Options>>Browser Setting.
Click on "Delete..."

- Remove all files from the Browser Temporal Files:
Internet Options>>Browser Settings.
Click on "Settings".
Click on "View Files" and delete all the files in the folder that contains those files. 



- Log in to PAM.
