"No privileges" error when a user tries to log into Spectrum OneClick

Issue:

User is getting ""The user <USERNAME> has no privileges in OneClick. Pleas have a OneClick administrator verify the user's privileges in the OneClick users tab" when trying to log into Spectrum OneClick.

Cause:

Possible cause is the User model has no Role assigned to the Security Community.

Resolution:

Log into OneClick as an ADMIN user that has access to create and modify User models. Check to verify the User model in question has a Role assigned to the Security Community configured for the User model.
