Issue:
"No Model Found" Error when trying to remove a model in OneClick
Resolution:
When trying to delete a model in OneClick, you may receive a "No Model Found" error message even though you can see the model in OneClick. Occasionally, you may also see an "Unknown" model in OneClick as well, as shown below:

The reason for both of these scenarios is that the models have already been removed from the SpectroSERVER database. This can be validated by logging on to the SpectroSERVER and using CLI, you can run the following command:

./show models | grep <MODEL_HANDLE>

If the model has already been destroyed, you will not get any results.

The reason you are seeing these "Ghost" models in OneClick, is that the models are stuck in the tomcat cache. To resolve this issue, please close any open OneClick clients, and restart the Tomcat service on the OneClick server to clear the cache. Once complete, log back into OneClick and the model should no longer be present.
