One of our landscapes is showing "No events processed for one of the Spectrum Landscapes"

While there may be a number of reasons why a landscape may not be processing events, this particular issue is specific to an error found in the OneClick/SRM Tomcat log:

Jan 05, 2018 00:39:38.988 (SRM/LandscapeManager/LandscapeThread_0) (com.aprisma.spectrum.app.repmgr.dc.event.handler.WirelessAPsHandler) - (ERROR) - Unable to properly process handler update.
Domain: <hostname>
Handler: WirelessAPsHandler

Followed shortly after by:

To bypass this error, disable Event Processing for Wireless Controller Manager:

- In WLC Manager go to Component Detail > Information.

- Check for “Event Generation for Reporting” and set this to Disabled.

- Restart Tomcat

to stop Tomcat: <SPECROOT>/tomcat/bin/stopTomcat.sh
to start Tomcat: <SPECROOT>/tomcat/bin/startTomcat.sh

- Restart MySQL

to stop MySQL: <SPECROOT>/bin/cmdC <hostname> 2 MYSQL MYSQL.OUT
to start MySQL: <SPECROOT>/bin/launchinstdbapp <hostname> MYSQL y MYSQL.OUT
