No Data to Display (Invalid Data) in CAPC Dashboards

Issue:
Self monitoring,CPU and interface views are showing No Data to display (Invalid data)
Environment:
CA Performance Management 3.5
Cause:
The locale variable for the OS on the server is set to a unsupported locale example

[root@xxxxxx]# locale

Resolution:

CA Performance Management supports the following locales:

  • English (US)
  • French (France)
  • Japanese

The following languages are supported in the UI, but the documentation is not translated:

  • Simplified Chinese
  • Traditional Chinese
It is recommended to change the locale on the server to the supported ones using the below mentioned command

localectl set-locale "LANG=en_US.UTF-8" 

The command needs to be run on all Performance Management components
