Introduction:

Enterprise Team Center federates queries from all components of an enterprise environment to a single APM Team Center view. ETC crosses cluster boundaries to provide the analyst with a single entrance to the user interface. The Enterprise Team Center server can link to any MOMs and standalone Enterprise Managers that together constitute the enterprise environment.







 
Question:

Why is there no data in experience view and the agents are not connected? 
Environment:
 APM 10.7
Answer:

Typically has one of three causes: Connectivity, Clamp, or Configuration.  

1. Try restarting the MOM
2. if the issue continues...Try restarting the APM cluster
