Description:
In NFA 9.1 and 9.1.1 when using the SsoConfig.exe on the NFA Console, the following error occurs:
"Cannot connect to CA Performance Center SSO Web Service. Check if CA Performance Center is running and retry."
Even though the "CA Performance Center SSO Web Service" is running.
Solution:
Defect 86867 --> fixed in NFA 9.1.2
Workaround until upgraded:
Customer can login through CAPC with their LDAP account, then drill down to NFA once logged in and it should work.
