NFA Interfaces are not showing up in CAPC

Many NFA Interfaces are not showing up in CAPC and many may not have a Flow status set to "On".

When going to the interfaces that do not say Flow On in CAPC, there is no NFA data to display.

Performing a full resync of the NFA Data Source does not resolve the issue, but there are no visible sync errors in the CAPC GUI.
1. Open the the \CA\NFA\Reporter\logs\ProductSyncWS*.log  and Search for "Exception".

2. If you see the error below, you may be hitting a specific defect.

at NetQoS.ReporterAnalyzer.Business.ProductSync.Sync.PullRequest(SyncTime syncTime, SyncUpdateState syncUpdateState)

3.  If you are seeing the specific Exception above, upgrading to NFA 9.5 should resolve this. 
If you are on another version of NFA, please open a Support issue and reference Defect #DE395987 and upload the ProductSyncWS*.log file to the issue.

4.  If you are seeing other errors and/or exceptions, please open a case and upload the ProductSyncWS*.log file.
