Issue:
We have installed a new agent in dSeries.

Installation completed successfully. 

The agent is defined in the Desktop client but shows as inactive.
Environment:
WA Agent 11.3 SP7 on Linux

WA DE 12.0 SP2 on Windows
Resolution:
The encountered problem was related to a SAP ISU where no work processes were available for new jobs to trigger.

Resolved by clearing the user id consuming all the work processes.
