Issue:
Roles do not show in the CA PPM New User Experience (UX) Investment to Resources portlet. Additionally, the roles do not show in the Requests portlet on the new UX Staffing page as well. (The Requests portlet displays a message saying "No results found".)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Investments to Resources portlet in the new UX
2. Expand a project and click the + icon next to the project and add a role. A message is displayed that the role is added.
3. Refresh the page

Expected Results: The Role is visible in the Investment to Resources portlet under the project.
Actual Results: The role does not display. Additionally, if you collapse the project and then expand it, when you click the Show More button, it does not do anything and the count in the Show More shows that it is only showing the resources, and any roles are missing from the view. Example: If the project has 3 resources, and you added one role, it will say "Showing 3 of 4" (it subtracts the role(s) since they are not displaying)
Environment:
CA Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) New User Experience (UX)
Cause:

Resolution:
This issue is tentatively planned to be fixed in 15.5.1.

Workaround: View the roles under the team tab for the project in Classic UI
  1. In Classic PPM, go to Home->Projects
  2. Click on the project
  3. Click on the Team tab
