New UX Cost Plan: Unable to see some roles in Drop down

Issue:

In the New User Experience (UX) cost plan not all roles display in the drop down.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a project in the New UX and click on the Financials tab
2. Click on 'Plan List'
3. Click on 'New Plan'
4. Enter required fields and check the check box next to 'Role' under Grouping Attributes
5. Click Create
6. Click the '+' on the left hand side of the plan to add a new row
7. In the cell under the Role column, double click which brings up a list of roles

Expected Results: To see all roles
Actual Results: Only a select list of roles appear (and they may not sort alphabetically)

Resolution:
Type part of the name for the role (or Role ID) you want to add in the Role field, to display the role in the drop down window, as the full list of roles does not display by default. As an example, if you are looking for project manager and it's not showing in the drop down, type 'project' in the role search box, then the project manager role will appear.

Note: Roles on the drop down list sort alphabetcially by Role ID, not by the Role Name
