New User experience Blank Screen

Issue:
user cannot see anything in the NUX view. It is a blank screen . User has all the correct access and has cleared her cache/cookies multiple times and still nothing. 
Cause:
problem Isolated to IE browser and was caused due to changes in the "compatibility view settings"  


 
 
Resolution:
to correct the issue performed the following steps. 
------------------------------------------------------------------ 
1- using webex connected to system. 
2- open IE 
3- clicked on tools -> compatibility view settings 
4- added ca.com to the compatibility view list. 
5- clicked on close 
6- relaunched Clarity page and requested customer to access "new user experience: timesheets" 

confirmed after using the steps customer was successfully able to access the page and it was populated correctly.
