Introduction:

CA Ideal 14.0 and CA IPC 14.0 no longer provide a library called CAILIB or CAIMAC.

What is the new naming convention for the libraries?

Background:

Some changes occurring in naming standard coming with CA IPC/IDEAL 14.0

Environment:
Z/os, CA IPC/IDEAL 14.0
Instructions:

Starting with CA Ideal 14.0 and CA IPC 14.0, the naming convention for the low level qualifier (LLQ) of the load library (CAILIB) and the macro library (CAIMAC) have changed:

For CA Ideal:

The load library LLQ is CAILLOAD
The macro library LLQ is CAILMAC

For CA IPC:

The load library LLQ is CAVQLOAD
The macro library LLQ is CAVQMAC

The following library LLQs remain the same for both CA Ideal 14.0 and CA IPC 14.0:

The custom load library LLQ is still CUSLIB
The custom macro library LLQ is still CUSMAC
The custom procedure library LLQ is still CUSPROC
