New folders created in Process Assembly are created as FOLD.NEW.x even if you specify a different name.

When in the Process Assembly perspective, creating a new folder will always be created with the FOLD.NEW.x naming convention.

Investigation

To see if you are affected by this in your system:

In the Process Assembly perspective 

  1. Click on Add Folder, change the name to anything (eg: DELETE_ME) 
  2. Click OK 
  3. Notice that it created the new folder as FOLDER.NEW.x 
  4. Right-click, select Add Folder. Change the name to anything (eg: DELETE_ME2) 
  5. Click OK 
  6. Folder is created as FOLDER.NEW.x
