Issue:
Any NETSTAT command, or any display using a NETSTAT command that requires the name of the TCPIP stack fails if the stackname starts with the letter "I".
Result: IPCALL34 NETSTAT parameter (INTERVAL) not supported

Example:
NETSTAT TTLS TCP IPTCP1 CONN 000000FE DETAIL
fails to return any output.
IPTCP1 is the valid stack name

Changing the command to
NETSTAT TTLS TCP=IPTCP1 CONN 000000FE DETAIL
works

Removing TCP IP1NET works, but this appears to be hardcoded for some displays.

an XDB debug suggests it is matching on the I of IP1NET and thinking it is the INTERVAL parmeter then flagging up and error that INTERVAL is invalid

Cause:
Debug suggests it is matching on the I of IP1NET and thinking it is the INTERVAL parameter then flagging up an error that the INTERVAL is invalid
