We are using the NCM to monitor wrong configurations on Raisecom Devices.
So far, everything Works properly but when an alarm NCM POLICY VIOLATED arises, and the option "Repair" appears but when we select "Repair", the following message appears:
"SCP-OCC-11661: Operation is not available. If the Devices support this operation, a script must be configured"
What should we configure in order to get that the Repair function Works properly?
This problem arises with custom device families in CA Spectrum Network Configuration manager.
The "Upload Running Configuration Script" must be configured for any custom device family, or the Repair functionality of Network Configuration Manager Policies, on CA Spectrum will not work.
