Spectrum creating error "SPC-OCC-10165" during NCM capture
Customer is running an NCM capture of HUAWEI devices and returning the following error message:
"SPC-OCC-10165: Unable to connect to the ncmservice. The ncmservice daemon may not be running on the SPECTRUM host machine."
In the Configuration files of the captured device, customer was using country specific characters in a comment. After replacing the non English characters, the issue was gone at the next capture.
