When attempting to do a capture on any device the following error message is shown:
"Unable to connect to ncmservice.ncmservices daemon may not be running"
Restart the ncmservice process.
Simply kill the process and processd will restart it.
Attempt the capture again, if that does not work also try the following:
Go to the device(s), select Information Tab -> CA Spectru modeling information Change DCM Timeout value from 3000, to something higher.
Max value is 60000.
Broadcom support suggests trying 10000 at first and going up from there during testing.
