Confirm that the jdbc URL, jdbc driver and login and password are correct for your scheduler database. This information can be found in the administration.properties file (or rsmanager.properties for older versions).

If this is correct, check the version of java by typing java -version at a command prompt. If your version of java is 1.2 or older, try upgrading to 1.
