Multiple tickets are creating in Ca Service Desk.

UIM 8.47 or later
CASDMĀ  14.1 (cum3)
Sdgtw 1.40
Cause:
Same message getting the duplicate alarm in UIm and creating the duplicate ticket in Ca Servuce desk
Resolution:
Please follow the below step:-

1) Open the probe Raw configuration -->setup
2) And change as per below steiing
max_retries 3 to 1
connection_read_time change to 1800000
connection_correct_time change to 1800000
Threas_pool max 30 to 50
3) Deactivate & Activate the sdgatw probe.
