Whenever you log onto CSM product, you have the following error:

A severe error has occurred on the server - IllegalArgumentException
Please contact CA support.
This is caused by Internet Explorer 11 which is not compatible with CA CSM 5.1.
There is a workaround.
It is possible to use compatibility mode in Internet Explorer.
You can force websites to run in compatibility mode.
Click Tools from Internet Explorer then click compatibility view settings and the URL for CSM.
