Question:
We have a couple of CiscoAPIC Server M1 devices for Cisco ACI product. Spectrum has modeled them as CiscoAPIC which seems right, however this model is not able to identify the ports/interfaces of real equipment which in turn doesn't let to connect CiscoAPIC to the rest of Cisco ACI infrastructure in Spectrum topology view. Is this a bug?

Spectrum depends on the information in the mibs to simulate devices in Spectrum.
Looking in mib tools, there is no ifTable information in mib2, so it is normal that Spectrum does not show any interfaces.
This will need to be discussed with the vendor, e.g. to see if they have separate mib for interfaces that we could import.
In this example, the ObjectID of the device was 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2238 for CiscoAPICServerM1.
After speaking with the vendor, they have not added the interfaces in separate mib and currently have no plans to do so not to add them to mib 2.
