CA Clarity Mobile Time Manager is not working on Android 8.0 devices.
Screen appears blank after opening the app.
CA Clarity Mobile Time Manager 2.0 and Android 8.0 (Oreo).
This issue has been reported to Engineering as DE37006.
This issue has been reviewed by Engineering and determined that this will not be fixed. Android 8.1 is not affected, please check with your device manufacturer for Android 8.1 availability.
Only Android 8.0 is observing this issue. The issue has not been reproduced in other Android versions, including Android 8.1.
There are reports that Nokia 5 and Nokia 7 Plus phones using Android 8.1, when launching the MTM a black page is displayed
Currently, we cannot make any new changes or provide fixes as Google playstore is not allowing us to push new versions anymore.
However, we are building a new mobile app which will be released soon. The first version of the app will have time entry feature and we plan to keep updating the app with new functionality regularly.
