Missing metrics after the upgrade

Question:
After an APM upgrade, in APM for SSO we could see all metrics are reporting but "Errors per Interval".  Why is it not appearing?
Answer:
In APM for SSO, the Errors Per Interval metric gets reported whenever an error gets generated from Policy Server side. Errors could have been generated due to Policy Store being shutdown / not accessible, DB down, LDAP not accessible etc.  So whenever we get these errors, then only we report Errors Per Interval Metric. 

From then on, it reports the metric even if there are no errors.
