Microsoft Project Interface Install Wizard Error

Issue:
When attempting to install the CA Clarity PPM Microsoft Project Interface on a user's replacement desktop, the MSP Interface component throws the following error and cannot be installed: 

'The wizard was interrupted before CA Clarity PPM Micrrosoft Project Interface could not be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click finish to exit the wizard.'
Resolution:
Option 1: Install a version of the Microsoft Project interface that is supported with the version of Windows on the user's machine. The supported Windows version can be found on the Compatibilities section in the PPM Release Notes. 

Option 2: Install the MSP Interface while logged in as the Administrator on the user's machine opposed to selecting the option to 'Run as administrator'.
