While on the Access page, the error message below occurs when trying to connect to a device. The account is verified and the password is good, but the error still occurs.
Message 0: Error occurred while trying to complete the request. (12)
This error occurs due to a cache issue. Either PAM was recently upgraded or you use two different versions in different environments and access both from the same browser.
Clear out the browser's cache and close the browser. Then open the Control Panel and clear Java's cache. Log back into the GUI and try accessing the device again.
