The error will read:

If you do not see this error in the browser you may also get a “page not found” or just a plain white page.  To see if you are running into this problem please try to find this error in the

“LogLogxxxx-xx-xx.log” under <installdir\REPORTER\Logs> on the NFA Console Server.

The error will read:

[HttpException (0x80004005): Maximum request length exceeded.]

   System.Web.HttpRequest.FillInFormCollection() +105

We will need to replace 4 x IIS / ASP.NET configuration files.

The first 2 are on the NFA Console Server in:

  •        C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG

The second 2 files are on the NFA Console Server in:

  •        C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\CONFIG

The files are Web.Config and Machine.Config.

1.      Rename the current Web.Config and Machine.Config files in both directories for backup.

2.      Copy the new files from the FTP below into the correct directories.

3.      Once the files are in place do an IISRESET from a CMD prompt.

The Framework files can be found:

The Framework64 files can be found:
