Issue:
An alert has been set up for one URL in CA AXA. When the alert is triggered´╝îit sends massive emails instead of a single alert email.
Environment:
CA AXA 16.x
Cause:
The alert have been configured on the URL with different status codes.

For example:

Alert#2
status=504,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#6
status=503,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#10
status=502,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#14
status=500,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#18
status=501,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#22
status=401,url=https://example.com/tokens/check

Alert#26
status=402,url=https://example.comom/tokens/check

So, if each of them is violated in duration specified (60 min configured for them), there will be those many emails for the duration that has been specified,
since each status will state for which alert it has been triggered, it will have text email for each status code that was violated for that URL.
Resolution:
To minimize the email notification for one URL, user can choose the "all status" option for one URL. However, the down side of this option is, one will only see the URL in the email notification without the exact Status of the alert.
