Mandatory Properties on categories does not show Mobile app ticket

When using the Mobile App to create tickets, mandatory properties may not display thus leading to errors on attempt to save the ticket.


Why am I not able to save a ticket with mandatory properties, when using the the Mobile app to create a ticket?


For properties on categories, if you are NOT using Service Catalog / Unified Self Service (USS), then the properties will not be displayed on the ticket as per design. A workaround is to create custom categories for tickets raised through mobility and then Analysts could re-classify those tickets later to a different category
