Manager SAP crashes: "uxagtsap: double free or corruption"

Issue:
SAP Uprocs fail after a restart of the SAP systems.
After analysis, the Manager for SAP (uxagtsap) crashes generating a core file at that time, being this the reason for the Uprocs to fail.
The following kind of errors appear in universe.log:
*** glibc detected *** ./uxagtsap: double free or corruption (fasttop): 0x00000000007cb850 *** 
*** glibc detected *** ./uxagtsap: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x00007fb5540293d0 *** 

 
Environment:
Issue only detected on Linux / Unix servers
Cause:
Issue due to a bug existing in the version of the SAP Netweaver RFC Library used by the SAP Manager (update 38).

Solution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

This version contains an update of SAP Netweaver RFC Library to match SAP releases and bugfixes.
The new library version is now Update 46.

Workaround

Restart the SAP manager manually via Univiewer Console - Server Engine List.
