Maileater not able to log into Office365 Mailbox

Issue:

Even after following Technical Document TEC1911912, the mailbox configured for Maileater in CA Service Desk Manager is not able to connect to a Microsoft Office365 Account.  

The following error is noted in the logs:

09/02 10:45:05.67 SDM-SERVER pdm_maileater_nxd 7808 ERROR pdm_maileater_nxd.c 8530 Authentication failed using (Clear) for IMAP Server [outlook.com] on Port 143 Login Failed

Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager - ALL VERSIONS
Cause:

This can be caused by IMAP access not being enabled for that Microsoft Office365 Account.

Resolution:

Enable IMAP access to the Microsoft Office365 account which maileater is configured to use.  Then recycle the pdm_maileater_nxd process.
