Issue:

Experiencing the following error in the stdlogs after making changes to the “Success HTML” text in a maileater Mailbox rule:

CreateProcess 2 failed. Unable issue command ( -s "Support call has been logged" -e "user@domain.com").


Environment: 

SDM 12.9 and 14.1

 

Cause:

The cause of the above may be due to non-HTML formatted text (ie:  Plain text) being added to the “Success HTML” text field.

Resolution:

When you are editing the “Success HTML” text field, the content that is expected is intended to be HTML formatted text and not straight plaintext.  In order to ensure that such text is in place, click on the “Edit Success HTML” button to input the correct text.  The text inputted will be automatically formatted to HTML.
