Loosing port 80 on UMP server during a HA failover and failback

Question:
During a failover of the HA probe and subsequent failback I am unable to connect to UMP any longer. Looking at the UMP server port 80 is no longer listed and a restart of wasp on the UMP server does not help it return. This ultimately requires that you reboot the machine.
Answer:
Within IM: 

- Double click the controller on the UMP and cabi servers. 
- This will bring up the configuration GUI.
- Make sure that the following is unchecked: 

Search the subnet for a temporary hub when primary and secondary hubs are unavailable. 

- Click apply. 
- Restart the robot on each after you have made the change.
