For a new installation, we get a 500 error when accessing the login.fcc. What can cause this?
Any web agent version.
Any OS version.
To troubleshoot this error, you can check the web agent trace log and you may see a log message indicating that the login.fcc was not found at a specified location on the filesystem. Check permissions for that location, or make sure the login.fcc file is present where the web agent is loading it from.
