A required parameter (useNTLMv2=true) is missing in the db.properties configuration file.

1. Navigate to the location of your db.properties file which is located in the sql folder underneath the config directory of the Agent. The location might look something like "C:\Program Files\CA\WorkloadAutomation_R12\ESPSystemAgent\config\sql;" depending upon where you decided to install the agent.

2. Open the db.properties files. The filename will represent the name of your database server. As an example, it might look something like "WINSQLDE12.properties."

3. Look for the parameter "db.url=" and add ";useNTLMv2=true" to the end of the line. For example: db.url=jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://localhost/msdb;useNTLMv2=true

4. Rerun your MSSQL job.
