In an integrated environment of ServiceDesk and ITAM where the mdb is shared; ServiceDesk is only showing few/no locations where as ITAM shows all locations from the ca_location table. The reason why this is happening because of the field "Location Type"(location_Type_id) which is in the ca_location table. If this field is filled with a value; it will show on the ITAM gui side but not on the ServiceDesk side. If this field is null or no value; it will then show up in ServiceDesk. This is built as design. The reason why is because ServiceDesk is not designed for hierarchical locations thus causing this issue.
