Live Exception alarms not seen in Spectrum

Issue:

Spectrum is receiving Live Health traps from eHealth but not seeing the associated alarms in Spectrum.

Cause:

The Host or EventAdmin model in Spectrum representing the eHealth device may not be configured properly.

Resolution:

Ensure the Host or EventAdmin model in Spectrum representing the eHealth device is configured according to the instructions outlined in the "Configure CA Spectrum to View CA eHealth Alarms" section of the documentation. Especially the configuration of the SBG_AlertForwardingEnabled and map_traps_to_model_using_ip_header attributes.
