Question:

Is there a utility that will show us all of the User ID's that are defined in the CA Dispatch dictionary file?

Answer:

To get a listing of ALL of the User ID's that have been defined into the CA Dispatch dictionary, you can run the DSEXCULP job located in the CA Dispatch installed CADSJCL library with the 'MEMBER=' symbolic set up as MEMBER=DSREPT04.

This will produce the "IDMS-DC System Generation Report Users/System Listing" which will show you all users by system, who are defined into the CA Dispatch IDMS dictionary, and their respective security codes.

Additional Information:

To see a sample of this report as well as the other available report options using the Culprit reporting utility, please refer to your CA Dispatch Reference Guide and the section entitled "Appendix C: Printing Database Information Using CA Culprit".
