Issue:
The Unix-Agent ignores the group ownership of the target directory during execution of file-transfer to this agent. The agent reports:

errno=13(Permission denied)

It’s not possible to copy to a directory which has a group ownership in which the user from the file transfer's login object is a member
Cause:
A problem has been fixed where file transfers from or to Unix agent fail with permission denied, even if the supplementary group setting of the file transfer user allows access to the resource.
Resolution:
Workaround: You have the change the ownership of the affected directories on Linux.

Solution: Install the fixed version or a newer one.

AE Server, Initialdata, and Automic.Web.Interface
  • Automation Engine 12.2.0 - Planned release date: 2018-06-19
  • Automation Engine 12.1.2 - Planned release date: 2018-05-23
Additional Information:
Setting login_check = no in the agent's ini-file and ANONYMOUSE_FT = Y in the agent's UC_HOSTCHAR does not help.
