Is it possible to configure the Notification Messages delivery to the Mail Server, setting a max number of messager to be delivered for a period of time?
Environment:
Service Desk Manager 14.x / 17.x
Answer:
Customer need something in the Service Desk that could configure / limit a number of notifications to be triggered to the mail server, by a certain period of time. And also the notification messages to be queued for the next trigger.

Unfortunately it's not possible to be reached through a Service Desk configuration. So we would suggest it keeps being performed by the own Mail Server.
