I received the following error: "License IT has not been properly installed on this computer! Please run the license install program". How can I resolve this error?
Make sure there are no duplicated license key entries and no expired licenses keys listed in the ca.olf file. If there are, do the following:
- Make a backup copy of the file ca.olf.
- Delete the expired licenses and duplicated licenses from the file ca.olf.
- Save the changes.
- Restart the CA Clever Path Portal service.
