I have configured my Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) properties in CA PPM System Administration (CSA) application, restarted the services and I still cannot log into the application using my LDAP user name and LDAP password. I have enabled debugging messages for the com.niku.security component to capture the error message in the app-ca.log file.

The LDAP Search User (Bind User) value entered in the CSA, Security Properties page was not correct and did not have the correct password.
Be sure to confirm that you have entered the fully-qualified distinguished name for the Search User. Be sure that the Search User password is correct. Both the name and the password is case sensitive.
