Launch ARA URL but could not connect to the website.
Resolution:

Symptoms

ARA has been working but today when we launch the ARA URL we could not connect to the ARA website.


Investigation

Check to see if any of the ARA configuration file has been changed. If it has not check if the IIS and tomcat/ECC is running.


Resolution

Common issue are:
-Tomcat is not running or is stuck in some status other then running.
-The IIS is not running
