eHealth and SystemEDGE are both currently working as designed. SystemEDGE does not currently use high capacity counters such as ifHCInOctets and ifHCOutOctets and eHealth is legitimately displaying large delta errors.
Large Delta polling errors are occurring all the time on ifOutOctets for 1 GB ports monitored by SystemEDGE

Fast polling does not resolve large delta errors for SystemEDGE interface elements polled by eHealth
Error in messages.stats.log for 1 GB interface on SystemEDGE server: "Pgm nhiPoller[Net]: Received large delta from 'serverName-1691-SH-enet-port-2'. Poll is dropped (OID in error is ifOutOctets."
nhSnmpTool with the "-POLLsa -s 30" arguments indicates that the counter is not decrementing
