I have a Archive / Purge rule setup. Knowledge Documents do not purge when I run the rule
Before the Knowledge Document can be archived / purged it must be Inactivated in the database level
Perform the following steps:
- "Unpublish" the document
- Retire the Document. (The document is still active in the system)
- Delete the document. (The active_state in skeletons table change to -100)
- Click on Administrator Tab -> Knowledge -> Knowledge Category -> Look for retired documents -> right click on the document and select 'Delete Selected Document'.
Run the purge rule -> You can find the document is now purged under ' Archive and Purge History' under 'Archive and Purge'.
