Today is not possible to search KB Articles by KB Number. When the user knows the KB Number (#45, for example), they cannot make a straight forward search.


Is it possible to change this behavior?

Is there any way to search for a KB using the Article ID in the notation?

Cloud Service Management - Goldfish release

Customer can search KB articles using any KB article fields such as status, description, owner, created date, approved date, and approved by. 


KB article search based on ID is available in Goldfish release through Elastic Search. There is an option to search the Article Id by providing the search keyword as 'row_id:Article ID'. 


For eg.: if you want to search #45 then the search string would be row_id:45
