The documentation of File events in 11.2 states that the
should be either 1 or 2. However, after a fresh install this field holds the value of -1.
Furthermore the variable contains an undocumented entry

Root Cause: Deprecated values in UC_HOSTCHAR_DEFUALT (i.e. -1) only 1 and 2 are acceptable. Use only FE_VERSION for host characteristics and not FILEEVENT_VERSION.
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
